Our Purpose

To further the understanding of agricultural law issues among agricultural stakeholders, the judicial branch of government and general public through educational programming, legal research and support of precedent setting litigation.

How to Apply

If you have a legal research, education or support of litigation request that may meet INAgLaw criteria, please follow the application process:

• If applying for specific research or educational programming, please fill out the form below. Please explain the need for the research or educational programming and how it is beneficial to Indiana agriculture.
• If applying for support of an active case, please have your attorney fill out the form below and attach any relevant pleadings. The director will then contact your attorney.

All applications will be evaluated by the INAgLaw Director John Shoup and the INAgLaw advisory committee, which is comprised of attorneys, farmers and other agricultural stakeholders. The advisory committee may request additional information or schedule a presentation to the committee from the applicant or the applicant's attorney. Finally, the committee will present a recommendation to the full INAgLaw board of directors for a final decision.
