If you have a legal research, education or support of litigation request that may meet INAgLaw criteria, please follow the application process:
All applications will be evaluated by the INAgLaw Director John Shoup and the INAgLaw advisory committee, which is comprised of attorneys, farmers and other agricultural stakeholders. The advisory committee may request additional information or schedule a presentation to the committee from the applicant or the applicant's attorney. Finally, the committee will present a recommendation to the full INAgLaw board of directors for a final decision.
